Core Criteria:<\/p>\n
\tStrong service delivery to agents and guests
\n\t3-5+ years of inbound tour operating experience
\n\tProficiency in Tourplan or similar booking systems
\n\tExtensive knowledge of South, Southern, or East Africa\u2019s geography, logistics, and products
\n\tEagerness and ability to learn and grow professionally
\n\tFamiliarity with travel industry channels
\n\tProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and WETU
\n\tAbility to analyze data for decision-making (both quantitative and qualitative)
\n\tUnderstanding of various markets
\n\tStrong business acumen and ability to make commercial decisions
\n\tKnowledge of sales processes and methodologies
\n\tCreative problem-solving and experience in crafting unique travel experiences
\n\tFocused on guest and client satisfaction
\n\tExcellent communication skills and commitment to personal growth
\n\tStrong time management, teamwork, and conflict resolution abilities
