The role ensures accurate quotations, compliant ordering, timely provisioning, and clean handover to delivery and finance.<br \/>\n\tIn addition, the role supports ad-hoc quoting and ordering for third-party software through distributors or vendor channels, coordinating lead times, pricing, and licensing requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Quoting &amp; Deal Support (Microsoft Contracts)<\/p>\n<p>\tPrepare and manage customer quotations for Microsoft licensing and cloud services, including:<br \/>\n\tCSP \/ NCE subscriptions (seat-based and consumption-based offerings where applicable)<br \/>\n\tIndirect EA \/ enterprise licensing transactions via the relevant channel<br \/>\n\tAdd-ons, renewals, upsells, mid-term changes, and subscription adjustments<br \/>\n\tEnsure quoting aligns to:<br \/>\n\tCustomer requirements and scope<br \/>\n\tCorrect SKUs, terms, billing frequency, and commitment periods<br \/>\n\tInternal margin guidance and approval thresholds<br \/>\n\tMaintain pricing accuracy and governance (discounts, promotions, incentives where applicable).<br \/>\n\tProvide quote packs for account managers: line item detail, assumptions, term summary, and renewal timelines.<\/p>\n<p>Order Placement &amp; Provisioning Coordination<\/p>\n<p>\tPlace Microsoft orders accurately using the company\u2019s Microsoft partner tooling, including:<br \/>\n\tPartner portals and ordering tools (e.g., VLC\/VLSC-related tasks, CSP portals, distributor platforms, internal systems)<br \/>\n\tCoordinate order activation, provisioning, and customer onboarding steps with delivery teams.<br \/>\n\tManage customer changes: seat adjustments, cancellations (as permitted), renewals, and term changes.<br \/>\n\tTrack order status, escalation, and resolution with distributors and Microsoft support when required.<\/p>\n<p>Contract Admin, Compliance &amp; Documentation<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport contract documentation and administration:<br \/>\n\tCustomer details validation (billing, tenant, domain, contacts)<br \/>\n\tPurchase order alignment to quote and order<br \/>\n\tDeal folder governance (quote version control, approvals, PO, confirmations)<br \/>\n\tEnsure internal compliance with licensing rules and audit readiness (accurate record keeping).<br \/>\n\tPrepare basic reporting: pipeline support, renewal lists, order dashboards, and aging items.<\/p>\n<p>Third-Party Software Quoting &amp; Procurement (Ad-hoc)<\/p>\n<p>\tSource pricing, availability, and lead times for third-party software via distributors\/vendors.<br \/>\n\tPrepare and submit orders through distributor portals and vendor processes.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate licensing documentation, delivery confirmation, and renewal tracking.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with vendors for registration, deal protection, and special pricing where applicable.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder &amp; Customer Support<\/p>\n<p>\tAct as the internal quoting and ordering \u201cgo-to\u201d for account managers, finance, and service delivery.<br \/>\n\tProvide customer-ready summaries (commercial terms, renewal timelines, assumptions).<br \/>\n\tEnsure service continuity by proactively managing renewals and upcoming term expires.<\/p>\n<p>Key Deliverables \/ KPIs<\/p>\n<p>\tQuote turnaround time (e.g., same-day\/24\u201348 hours depending on complexity)<br \/>\n\tOrder accuracy rate (minimal rework \/ zero SKU-term errors)<br \/>\n\tRenewal readiness (proactive renewal list and customer contact tracking)<br \/>\n\tOperational hygiene: complete deal files, correct approvals, clean handovers<br \/>\n\tCustomer satisfaction: timely provisioning and issue resolution<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills &amp;
