\tGrade 10, 11, 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualifications
\n\tValid Blasting Certificate for Metalliferous Mines
\n\tMinimum 2-3 years\u2019 previous experience in Trackless Mining
\n\tTMM, Conventional Development, Stoping and Hydropower drilling experience
\n\tMining Production Supervisor Certificate will be advantageous.
\n\tProficiency in English and any other of 11 official languages
\n\tComputer literacy will be advantageous.
\n\tSouth African Driver\u2019s License (Code 8-10) essential
\n\tSouth African Citizenship
\n\tClear Criminal Record<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProvide support and best practices within Mining Section (s)
\n\tEnsuring that all blasting activities within the designated area of responsibility are efficiently executed and controlled to promote effective production goals and reaching set targets.
\n\tAbility to plan, supervise and control subordinates on both stoping and development ends.
\n\tEnsure equipment and material availability in the area of responsibility in order to optimize production.
\n\tAdhere to MHSA standards & Gold1\u2019s safety motto : \u201cNothing is so important that it cannot be done safely\u201d<\/p>\n
