The incumbent will ensure that sales activity aligns to customer business outcomes, profitable growth, and the company\u2019s strategic portfolio priorities.<\/p>\n<p>ROLE REQUIREMENT<\/p>\n<p>\tOwn and deliver team revenue and gross margin targets across strategic solution domains.<br \/>\n\tDrive profitable growth through effective deal qualification, pricing discipline, and margin management.<br \/>\n\tEnsure balanced revenue mix across new business, existing customers, projects, and recurring services.<br \/>\n\tMaintain a healthy, credible sales pipeline with sufficient coverage against targets.<br \/>\n\tEnforce sales process discipline, CRM hygiene, and structured opportunity qualification.<br \/>\n\tLead regular pipeline, forecast, and deal reviews to ensure accuracy and early risk mitigation.<br \/>\n\tActively manage must win and strategic opportunities, including executive and partner engagement.<br \/>\n\tEmbed a solution led sales approach focused on customer outcomes rather than products.<br \/>\n\tEnsure proposals articulate business value, ROI, and risk mitigation, particularly for security and cloud initiatives.<br \/>\n\tPromote cross sell and upsell across multiple solution domains.<br \/>\n\tSupport the team in building trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, and senior stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tOversee structured account planning for strategic and top tier customers.<br \/>\n\tEnsure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through aligned selling and delivery handover.<br \/>\n\tLead, coach, and develop a team of solution sales specialists.<br \/>\n\tSet clear performance expectations, KPIs, and development plans for team members.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and address underperformance while recognising and scaling high performers.<br \/>\n\tBuild a strong talent pipeline and succession capability.<br \/>\n\tDrive joint pipeline and go to market initiatives with strategic OEM and technology partners.<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective use of partner programmes, incentives, and enablement resources.<br \/>\n\tAlign internal pre sales, delivery, and service teams to support complex solution sales.<\/p>\n<p>JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tStrategic thinker with strong execution discipline<br \/>\n\tCustomer centric and outcome driven<br \/>\n\tComfortable operating at both executive and operational levels<br \/>\n\tHigh accountability and resilience in a target driven environment<br \/>\n\tCollaborative leader who builds strong internal and partner relationships<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric<br \/>\n\tDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field<br \/>\n\tRelevant technical qualifications in cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or related<br \/>\n\tSales management experience focusing on complex ICT solutions<br \/>\n\t8+ years experience in enterprise IT or technology sales, preferably within a systems integrator or managed services environment<br \/>\n\t3\u20135 years in a sales management or team lead role<br \/>\n\tProven track record selling to CIOs, IT Directors, and senior technology leaders<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated experience selling complex, multi\u2011disciplinary solutions (security, cloud, networking, UC, managed services)<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>nexio.simplify.hr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/nexio.simplify.hr","_company_name":"Nexio","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"At Nexio, we enable our clients to modernise their environments and adopt new technologies.
