WHAT YOU\u2019LL BE DOING<\/p>\n
As the\u00a0Senior Sales Generator (2IC), you\u2019ll play a critical role in the day\u2011to\u2011day success of the store by:<\/p>\n
\tDriving\u00a0sales performance\u00a0through customer engagement and conversion
\n\tActing as\u00a0second\u2011in\u2011charge\u00a0in the Store Manager\/Supervisor\u2019s absence
\n\tLeading by example on the sales floor
\n\tCoaching and motivating the team to hit daily and monthly targets
\n\tUpholding visual merchandising and brand standards
\n\tAssisting with stock control, shrinkage prevention, and housekeeping
\n\tEnsuring service excellence at all times<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAssist the Store Manager\/ Supervisor in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and store profitability
\n\tLead, motivate, and support the store team to deliver excellent customer service
\n\tSupervise daily store operations, including opening\/closing procedures
\n\tEnsure effective stock control, stock loss prevention, and merchandising standards
\n\tHandle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
\n\tSupport staff training, onboarding, performance management, and discipline where required
\n\tEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
\n\tStep into the Manager on duty MOD (Manager on Duty) role when required<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 preferred
\n\tMinimum 2+ years\u2019 retail experience, with at least 1 year in a key-holder\/supervisory capacity\/role
\n\tProficient in MS Office and retail management systems (POS)
\n\tStrong understanding of cash handling, stock management, and retail administration
\n\tGood working knowledge of retail policies, procedures, and compliance
\n\tProven experience managing customer service, staff, stock, and sales
\n\tExcellent organisational and planning skills
\n\tAbility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays<\/p>\n
