Programs<\/p>\n<p>\tLead the planning, governance, and execution of global compensation processes for the business area they support, including:<\/p>\n<p>\t\tannual compensation reviews<br \/>\n\t\tsalary planning<br \/>\n\t\tshort-term and long-term incentive programs<br \/>\n\t\tbenchmarking and market pricing<br \/>\n\t\tjob architecture and grading<br \/>\n\t\tpay governance and compensation policies<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the evolution &amp; localisation of a globally aligned compensation framework that enables consistency, transparency, competitiveness, and scalability across regions and business units.<br \/>\n\tEnsure local compensation programs align with the company\u2019s reward philosophy, business strategy, workforce planning priorities, and financial objectives.<br \/>\n\tDrive the continuous enhancement of compensation structures, methodologies, and processes to improve effectiveness and employee experience.<\/p>\n<p>Recognition Strategy &amp; Employee Value Proposition<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner in the development and implementation of global recognition programs that reinforce company values, performance culture, and employee engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Business Partnership &amp; Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with Regional Total Rewards leaders and People &amp; Culture Business Partners to deliver solutions that balance global consistency with local market needs.<br \/>\n\tBuild strong relationships with Finance, HRIS, Legal, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and governance of reward programs.<br \/>\n\tAct as a trusted advisor to leaders on compensation-related matters including pay decisions, incentive design, job evaluations, and market competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Governance, Compliance &amp; Operational Excellence<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure global compensation and recognition programs comply with local legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.<br \/>\n\tMaintain robust local governance frameworks, controls, and documentation across reward processes.<br \/>\n\tLead efforts to improve operational efficiency, automation, and process simplification across compensation and recognition activities.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with HR technology teams to optimize reward tools, systems, and data integrity.<\/p>\n<p>Transformation &amp; Change<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport organizational transformation initiatives, including M&amp;A integration, organizational redesign, and harmonization of legacy reward programs.<br \/>\n\tLead or contribute to global reward projects focused on modernization, digital enablement, and process standardization.<br \/>\n\tDevelop communication materials, training, and change management plans to support successful adoption of reward initiatives in the business area.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp;
