Key Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo support the Risk Manager in achieving their objective of embedding \u00a0Risk Management Obligations within Invest Operations.To assist the business in fulfilling its mandate of Protecting both internal and external stakeholders through proactive Risk Management.<\/p>\n
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate fraud incident review,analysis and corrective actions.
\n\tUpdate SOPs for business improvement \u00a0– Align SOPs with regulatory changes and best practices
\n\tFin Recon Management support and back-up. \u00a0– Investigate items on the Fin recon reports to clear\u00a0
\n\tInvestigate Data Integrity items \u00a0– Look at the data integrity items and determine Risk or Compliance issue
\n\tReceive and vet all submitted Risk and Compliance related work.
\n\tManagement and adherence to POPIA & PAIA – Review Data Management; Access control and training and awareness processes
\n\tDaily\/ Monthly risk monitoring – Review High risk transactions
\n\tRisk Management reporting – Develop Reporting Framework with timelines and Key Risk Indicators
\n\tExisting risk incident Management – Review and Manage Existing Risk Incidents
\n\tImplementation and adherence to TCF principles – Review business processes are in line with the TCF principals
\n\tOperational Support and guidance in terms of risk management – Provide operational teams with support and guidance on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks
\n\tRisk Incident Response Management – Coordinate and manage the response to Risk Incidents
\n\tRisk Remedial Action Management – Manage and oversee the implementation of remedial action for identified risks
\n\tDevelopment and Maintenance of Applicable CRMP<\/p>\n

\n\tRisk Management or similar qualification(preferable)

\n\tCompass system knowledge 5 years
\n\tParadigm system knowledge 3 years
\n\tFrontline system knowledge 3 years
\n\tKnowledge of Investment legislation
