About the role:<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for a Regional Mentor to facilitate learning delivery, developing content and mentoring sales staff & agents within the region.<\/p>\n
What you would be expected to do:<\/p>\n
\tDelivering classroom and\/or field training.
\n\tMaintaining set KPIs and achieving training targets as required.
\n\tDesigning training assessments with the guidance of the Training Manager.
\n\tEnsuring 100% adoption and usage of technology-based work tools by all field staff.
\n\tDriving consistent & accelerated learning performance through data tools.
\n\tEnsure timely communication of policies, training updates & changes to the relevant departments.
\n\tCollecting and providing feedback on the implementation of new tools, products and processes.
\n\tRunning & administration of knowledge-based platforms.
\n\tDrive engagement & lesson completion of Litmos (learning management system).
\n\tInduction and mentoring of field-based staff.
\n\tDevelop and improve training materials and concepts.<\/p>\n
You might be a strong candidate if you:<\/p>\n
\tHave at least 3 years background in training and coaching; preferably in the areas of sales or marketing.
\n\tHave a Degree in education, or any related field as a plus
\n\tHave the ability to conceptualize and develop a conducive learning environment
\n\tAre diligent, accurate, reliable.
\n\tAre Skilled in Microsoft office and other visualization tools
\n\tHave good problem-solving skills and you think beyond the box.
\n\tAre Flexible to travel frequently to remote areas.
\n\tAre conversant with the use of smart phones and phone applications.
\n\tHas excellent communication.<\/p>\n
