Systems Integration & Technical Leadership<\/p>\n
\tDefine system architecture, boundaries, and interfaces
\n\tAlign URS, FDS, and detailed engineering design across disciplines
\n\tLead technical integration between internal teams and external partners<\/p>\n
Process Engineering & Plant Lifecycle Oversight<\/p>\n
\tLead concept, basic, and detailed design of process systems
\n\tOversee construction, commissioning, optimisation, and operation of pilot and commercial plants
\n\tDrive continuous improvement and production optimisation initiatives<\/p>\n
Safety, Risk & Regulatory Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with nuclear safety, environmental, and statutory regulations
\n\tLead and review HAZOP, FMEA, SIL, and other safety assessments
\n\tIntegrate ALARA principles into process and system design
\n\tSupport licensing, audits, and regulatory submissions
\n\tConfiguration & Change Management
\n\tManage engineering change processes and configuration control
\n\tEnsure integrity and traceability of technical documentation<\/p>\n
Project & Stakeholder Interface<\/p>\n
\tProvide technical leadership and advisory support to project teams
\n\tInterface with operations, maintenance, procurement, and quality functions
\n\tRepresent Engineering Services in technical governance forums<\/p>\n
Leadership & Mentorship<\/p>\n
\tMentor and guide junior engineers and technical teams
\n\tProvide oversight to multi-disciplinary teams during project execution and plant operation<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBEng \/ BSc Engineering (Chemical Engineering)
\n\tProfessional Engineer (PrEng)<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3+ year\u2019s post-graduate experience in chemical\/process engineering environment.<\/p>\n
Proven experience in:<\/p>\n
\tDesign, construction, commissioning, and operation of pilot and commercial plants
\n\tImplementation of engineering changes and plant optimisation strategies
\n\tTechnology and engineering support to operational production plants<\/p>\n
