Communications Divisional Strategy and CETA Mandate<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all functions in the Unit are aligned with the developed operational plan.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all staff are aware of the operational plan.<br \/>\n\tDevelop set performance measurement mechanisms and ensure the implementation of these through the operational plan.<br \/>\n\tDevelop policy and procedure documents as and when required.<br \/>\n\tReview current policies and procedures and make suggestions for changes.<br \/>\n\tMonitor progress to ensure successful implementation of plans and achievement of targets.<br \/>\n\tProduce relevant information reports according to requirements and timelines<br \/>\n\tDevelop and execute comprehensive Marketing &amp; Communications strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with Manager: Marketing &amp; Communications to align Marketing &amp; Communications goals with organizational objectives and ensure the Marketing &amp; Communications strategy supports the broader business strategy.<br \/>\n\tOversee and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, events) to promote the brand, products, and services.<br \/>\n\tConduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and make data-driven Marketing &amp; Communications decisions.<br \/>\n\tEnsure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all Marketing &amp; Communications and communication channels, maintaining the integrity and positioning of the brand.<br \/>\n\tOversee the development of branding guidelines, ensuring that they are adhered to in all internal and external communication efforts.<br \/>\n\tStrengthen CETA\u2019s brand presence in the market by developing and executing brand awareness strategy.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tOversee content creation across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that content is aligned with Marketing &amp; Communications objectives and engaging the target audience.<br \/>\n\tWork with creative teams to develop visually compelling assets (graphics, videos, infographics) that support messaging.<br \/>\n\tLead the digital Marketing &amp; Communications strategy, including social media, email Marketing &amp; Communications, and online advertising campaigns.<br \/>\n\tOversee social media channels, ensuring that content is relevant, timely, and engaging.<br \/>\n\tAnalyze digital Marketing &amp; Communications performance, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement.<br \/>\n\tStay up-to-date with emerging digital Marketing &amp; Communications trends and integrate new technologies into the Marketing &amp; Communications strategy as appropriate.<br \/>\n\tOversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Marketing &amp; Communications-related events, conferences, webinars, and community outreach programs.<br \/>\n\tEnsure events align with the organization\u2019s goals and contribute to brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.<br \/>\n\tManage sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations for events and other community engagement activities.<br \/>\n\tManage the relationships and contracts with identified partners and service providers.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate and maintain effective stakeholder and business relationships through appropriate relationship building, networking and reporting activities.<br \/>\n\tRepresent the organisation to stakeholders, associates and partners and maintain professional, effective and amicable relationships to ensure that CETA\u2019s interests are upheld.<br \/>\n\tLiaise on a regular basis with all third parties and ensure that business.relationships are maintained.<br \/>\n\tAddress problems that are identified in the most appropriate manner.<br \/>\n\tInvestigate problems and find suitable solutions.<br \/>\n\tDeal with customer queries and escalated issues from the unit.<br \/>\n\tBuild and lead an effective and cohesive team through the effective management of unit resources.<br \/>\n\tDrive the implementation of talent acquisition, succession planning, development, and retention strategies for the unit.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the enhancement of relevant knowledge and skills through continuous coaching, mentoring and nurturing of talent in the business unit.<br \/>\n\tCreate a high-performance culture and manage team performance effectively by translating and communicating the annual performance goals and measures into individual work plans based on agreed upon objectives.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the working environment contributes to improving employee engagement, recognition and increased productivity.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the management of poor performance and disciplinary matters in line with the CETA\u2019s policies and procedures.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all business activities adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.<br \/>\n\tPrepare and submit regular reports on compliance status, highlighting any potential risks or areas of non-compliance to executive management.<br \/>\n\tPerform ongoing risk assessments to identify and evaluate internal and external risks that could impact operations.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with the Executive Manager to implement risk controls and ensure alignment with organizational risk management goals.<br \/>\n\tMonitor the progress of risk mitigation activities and escalate issues that require higher-level intervention.<br \/>\n\tManage internal audits to assess the organization\u2019s compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.<br \/>\n\tStay informed about regulatory changes and ensure that internal policies and procedures are updated promptly.<br \/>\n\tCommunicate policy updates and regulatory changes to relevant teams and ensure timely implementation.<br \/>\n\tBuild and lead an effective and cohesive team through the effective management of divisional resources.<br \/>\n\tDrive the implementation of talent acquisition, succession planning, development, and retention strategies for the division.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the enhancement of relevant knowledge and skills through continuous coaching, mentoring and nurturing of talent in the business Division.<br \/>\n\tCreate a high-performance culture and manage team performance effectively by translating and communicating the annual performance goals and measures into individual work plans based on agreed upon objectives.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the working environment contributes to improving employee engagement, recognition and increased productivity.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the management of poor performance and disciplinary matters in line with the CETA\u2019s policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Job Inherent Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s degree (NQF7) in Communications\/Marketing &amp;
