Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Strategic Financial Planning<\/p>\n
\tLead the development of long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
\n\tDrive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across the organization.
\n\tAdvise CFO and executive leadership on financial implications of strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions.<\/p>\n
Performance Management & Analysis<\/p>\n
\tOversee preparation and analysis of financial reports, including variance analysis and key trends.
\n\tMonitor business performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
\n\tProvide insights and recommendations to improve financial and operational performance.<\/p>\n
Financial Modeling & Forecasting<\/p>\n
\tDevelop robust financial models to evaluate scenarios, investments, and risks.
\n\tLead rolling forecasts and scenario planning processes.
\n\tEnhance forecasting accuracy through data-driven methodologies.<\/p>\n
Process Improvement & Systems<\/p>\n
\tDrive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting systems.
\n\tImplement automation and digital solutions to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
\n\tEnsure standardization and best practices across financial planning activities.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Governance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
\n\tMaintain strong internal controls within planning and analysis processes.
\n\tSupport Region FP&A, Region CAO (Chief Accounting Officer) and other departments, board reporting, and external stakeholder requirements (if necessary).<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA preferred).
\n\t5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a regional or multinational role.
\n\tStrong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
\n\tProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
\n\tFluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.<\/p>\n
