connectivity<br \/>\n\tCloud &amp; platforms<br \/>\n\tSecurity<br \/>\n\tIT &amp; back-office services<br \/>\n\tIdentify emerging technologies and translate them into service offerings.<br \/>\n\tEstablish technology standards, architectures, and reference designs.<br \/>\n\tDesign, evolve, and govern the end-to-end managed services portfolio.<br \/>\n\tEnsure offerings are scalable, repeatable, and commercially viable.<br \/>\n\tDrive service innovation and differentiation.<br \/>\n\tStandardize service catalogues, SLAs, and lifecycle frameworks.<br \/>\n\tEnsure alignment between sales, presales, and delivery capabilities.<br \/>\n\tProvide executive oversight of solution architecture and complex engagements.<br \/>\n\tEstablish architecture governance and design authority.<br \/>\n\tEnsure delivery quality, consistency, and technical excellence.<br \/>\n\tResolve high-risk or escalated technical issues.<br \/>\n\tEnsure solutions meet security, resilience, and compliance requirements.<br \/>\n\tAct as executive technical authority in strategic bids and major deals.<br \/>\n\tSupport sales teams in solution positioning and credibility.<br \/>\n\tEngage C-level client stakeholders on transformation and architecture.<br \/>\n\tTranslate client business needs into managed service strategies.<br \/>\n\tStrengthen vendor and partner technology relationships.<br \/>\n\tMonitor ICT market trends and competitor offerings.<br \/>\n\tLead development of new service lines and capabilities.<br \/>\n\tDrive cloud, automation, and platform-based service evolution.<br \/>\n\tPosition the company as a thought leader in managed services.<br \/>\n\tRepresent the company in industry forums and strategic partnerships.<br \/>\n\tBuild and lead high-performing technical teams.<br \/>\n\tDefine technical skills strategy and capability roadmap.<br \/>\n\tDrive automation, tooling, and platform maturity.<br \/>\n\tImprove service efficiency, margins, and scalability.<br \/>\n\tFoster engineering culture and continuous improvement<br \/>\n\tEnsure adherence to security and regulatory standards.<br \/>\n\tGovern technology risk across client environments.<br \/>\n\tEstablish architecture and service governance frameworks.<br \/>\n\tSupport ISO \/ compliance \/ audit requirements where relevant.<br \/>\n\tEnsure best-practice ICT and service management alignment (e.g., ITIL).<br \/>\n\tDrive profitability of managed services and technology portfolios.<br \/>\n\tImprove gross margin through standardisation, automation, and delivery optimisation.<br \/>\n\tSupport pricing governance and commercial risk management.<br \/>\n\tAlign technology investment decisions to ROI and strategic growth objectives.<br \/>\n\tPartner with Finance and Sales on revenue growth and margin expansion initiatives.<br \/>\n\tBuild trusted advisor relationships with key enterprise customers.<br \/>\n\tSupport strategic account growth and customer retention.<br \/>\n\tIdentify customer technology trends to shape future offerings.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in executive customer governance forums.<br \/>\n\tDevelop executive relationships with strategic OEM and technology partners.<br \/>\n\tDrive joint go-to-market initiatives and innovation programs.<br \/>\n\tMaximise partner accreditation, incentives, and commercial opportunities.<br \/>\n\tContribute to corporate strategy, business planning, and executive decision-making.<br \/>\n\tSupport Board and Executive Committee technology and transformation discussions.<br \/>\n\tProvide strategic insight on market, technology, and operational risks.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the organisation maintains robust cybersecurity, resilience, and business continuity capabilities.<br \/>\n\tOversee technology risk management across internal and customer environments.<\/p>\n<p>TECHNICAL \/ PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n<p>\tTechnical Domain Expertise<br \/>\n\tHybrid infrastructure (on-prem, cloud, virtualization)<br \/>\n\tNetworking &amp; connectivity architectures<br \/>\n\tCloud platforms and migration strategies<br \/>\n\tManaged services frameworks and tooling<br \/>\n\tSecurity and resilience architecture<br \/>\n\tIT service management (ITIL or equivalent)<br \/>\n\tAutomation \/ orchestration platforms<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp;
