Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field will be advantageous.
\n\tProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
\n\tBasic understanding of printing processes and print production requirements.
\n\tStrong visual, typographic, and layout skills with excellent attention to detail.
\n\tAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
\n\tEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate professionally with clients and team members.
\n\tA strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical ability, and print design experience.
\n\tAbility to work efficiently within a deadline-driven environment.<\/p>\n
Roles and Responsibilities:
\nDesign Support & Creative Development<\/p>\n
\tAssist in the creation and development of graphic designs for brochures, flyers, packaging, and promotional materials.
\n\tContribute creative ideas and design solutions that align with client branding requirements.
\n\tEnsure all visual content maintains consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives.<\/p>\n
Project Coordination & Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with senior designers and project managers to understand project specifications and delivery timelines.
\n\tCoordinate with print technicians to ensure artwork accuracy and quality during production.
\n\tMake design amendments and revisions based on client and internal feedback.<\/p>\n
Print Preparation & Quality Control<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and format artwork according to print production specifications and technical requirements.
\n\tEnsure all design files are accurate, print-ready, and aligned with quality standards.
\n\tMaintain strong attention to detail throughout all stages of the design and production process.<\/p>\n
Administrative & Operational Duties<\/p>\n
\tOrganise and maintain design templates, artwork files, and creative assets for efficient workflow management.
\n\tStay updated with current design trends, software updates, and printing technologies.
\n\tManage workload effectively to ensure all projects are completed within deadlines and required standards.<\/p>\n
