Core Criteria:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant spa or beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent).
\n\tPrevious experience in a lodge, hotel, or resort spa environment preferred.
\n\tExcellent interpersonal and guest-service skills.
\n\tProfessional appearance and demeanor.
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
\n\tPhysically fit and able to stand for long periods.
\n\tKnowledge of spa products and treatments.<\/p>\n
Candidate Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProvide a range of treatments such as massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies.
\n\tConduct guest consultations to determine treatment needs and preferences.
\n\tEnsure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, hygienic, and well-prepared.
\n\tMaintain high standards of guest service and confidentiality.
\n\tPromote and upsell spa treatments, retail products, and wellness packages.
\n\tManage bookings and treatment schedules in coordination with reception.
\n\tMonitor stock levels and assist with ordering spa products and supplies.
\n\tFollow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
\n\tSupport overall guest experience by working closely with camp operations and front-of-house teams.<\/p>\n
