Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe Business Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth by supporting Partners and their clients with cross-border fund transfers into and out of South Africa. The role focuses on building strong partner networks, developing client relationships, and converting opportunities into executed trades.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDeliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned to company strategy
\n\tBuild and manage strategic relationships with Partners, clients, and key referral networks (including real estate agents)
\n\tDevelop and maintain a strong, active pipeline across regional accounts
\n\tIdentify client needs and provide tailored foreign exchange solutions
\n\tConsistently generate, progress, and close new business opportunities
\n\tSupport Introducing Partners end-to-end: from enquiry through onboarding, KYC, and trade readiness
\n\tExpand regional presence through proactive business development and network growth<\/p>\n

\n\tLegal (Late Estates and Conveyancing)
\n\tTax and Accounting
\n\tCorporate cross-border transfers
\n\tEstablished network in the above sectors
\n\tEntrepreneurial mindset<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric (essential)
\n\tRE qualification and FAIS compliance (preferred)
\n\tRelevant business or legal qualification (advantageous)
\n\tProven sales experience, ideally within financial services
\n\tExperience in FX-related sectors, including Wealth Management, Real Estate, Legal (Late Estates and Conveyancing) and Corporate transfers<\/p>\n
