The successful candidates will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tCo-leading the professional operational structure of the party.
\n\tDesigning the structure of the party\u2019s operations to enable the implementation of its strategy.
\n\tReporting regularly to the Chair of Federal Council and the Federal Leader, and the party\u2019s political leadership structures, on the execution of the party\u2019s strategy.
\n\tCo-leading the recruitment process of senior staff.
\n\tEnsuring the executive team develops and delivers annual plans in each area of operations.
\n\tWith the relevant stakeholders, developing and delivering the party\u2019s election campaigns, after approval by the Federal Leader, Chair of Federal Council and Federal Council.
\n\tEnsuring a budget is developed each year, and for each election, to give effect to the strategy of the party.<\/p>\n

Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tTertiary qualification in Politics, Law, Policy, Administration or similar
\n\tExperience in a senior management role
\n\tExtensive experience in political campaigning
\n\tExperience in financial management
\n\tExperience in stakeholder engagement
\n\tExperience in market research (advantageous)
\n\tIntimate knowledge of the DA Constitution
\n\tIntimate knowledge of DA Policy
\n\tComputer literacy
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and access to a vehicle for business use<\/p>\n
