\tProvide input into the training manual, MTPM, SOPs and policies;
\n\tStay current with relevant regulations, notices, directives, SOPs and policies and maintain systems, policies and procedures to ensure that training delivery and documentation is in line with regulations and best practice;\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tProvide expert advice to assist with the design of training programmes (training objectives, examinations and practical evaluations, designing training modules, determining the training strategy, training media, producing competency-based training and assessment materials);\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tSupport with the development of high standards of training material in line with company policies, procedures, industry regulations, governing bodies and best practice methodology;\u00a0
\n\tMaintain an understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods and improve current training material based on best practices;\u00a0
\n\tReview training feedback received and identify changes to improve the delivery\/ material;
\n\tAssist with the development of safety and emergency procedures;\u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tCheck training equipment and facilities to ensure adherence to regulations, policies and SOPs;\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tPrepare training rooms and ensure that training material is readily available;\u00a0
\n\tFacilitate training sessions in the classroom, on the job and in virtual formats;\u00a0
\n\tAssess, monitor, coach and provide trainees with individual feedback to assist their developmental journey;\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tComplete and distribute training documents and records in line with regulations and procedures;\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tReport deficiencies or discrepancies in training delivery to management;\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with managers to address learning challenges, instruction problems, and new educational needs;\u00a0
\n\tProactively communicate changes to stakeholders\u00a0i.e. policy and procedure changes and training dates;
\n\tLiaise with the regulatory bodies, advisory committees and suppliers to ensure that healthy and sustainable relationships are in place;\u00a0
\n\tSupport management with audit preparations and engagements with auditors;\u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tSound knowledge of MS\u00a0Excel, MS word and MS\u00a0Outlook (Essential);
\n\tKnowledge of SACAA regulations, and company policies (Essential);\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge of educational and training techniques and methods (Essential).\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);\u00a0
\n\tA valid AME Instructor license (Essential);\u00a0
\n\tCurrent SACAA instructor & assessor (Essential);
\n\tSuccessful completion of Train the Trainer, Assessor, Moderator and Coaching and Mentoring certifications (Essential);\u00a0
\n\tDiploma\/Degree in Engineering or related qualification (Advantageous);\u00a0 \u00a0
\n\t5 years of Maintenance experience in a mid-size organisation (Essential);\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tWilling to travel;\u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation);\u00a0
\n\tStrong Facilitation skills;\u00a0
\n\tStrong interpersonal skills;\u00a0
\n\tExcellent Attention to Detail;\u00a0
