About the Position:<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor (Technical Savvy) to join our Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the technical product specialist liaison between our customers and service technicians, ensuring excellent customer service.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Technical knowledge of Tools and Machinery would be an advantage:<\/p>\n
\tWide range of Power Tools, Welding Machines, Compressors
\n\tSmall Machinery i.e. Petrol & Diesel Engines, Generators<\/p>\n
Job requirements:<\/p>\n
\tConsult with Repairs Technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives
\n\tUse knowledge of products and services to provide information about available parts and service options
\n\tAnswer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments
\n\tProvide customers with information and advice on warranty protections and cost savings
\n\tManage and oversee the Repairs division workflow and schedule
\n\tCall customers to advise them on pick-up times
\n\tMaintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business<\/p>\n
Desired Skills:<\/p>\n
\tTechnical
\n\tMust be able to communicate with customers at all levels
\n\tMust be detailed orientated
\n\tMust be able to read and write English
\n\tMust be highly motivated and be able to liaise with customers
\n\tKnowledge of mechanical systems<\/p>\n
Desired Work Experience:<\/p>\n
\tProven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
\n\tStrong understanding of Repairs and Maintenance of tools and machinery
\n\tSalary: Negotiable with Benefits available
\n\tWorking Hours: Monday \u2013 Friday 08:00 \u2013 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 \u2013 13:00<\/p>\n
