Video Production and Photography:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and edit promotional, event, and video content for internal and external use.
\n\tCapture and edit high-quality photographs for use across Mintek platforms.
\n\tSupport the live streaming of internal and external events.<\/p>\n
Digital Content Management:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain and curate Mintek\u2019s multimedia content catalogue, ensuring accessibility and brand consistency.
\n\tArchive and organise digital assets in line with Mintek\u2019s governance standards.<\/p>\n
Podcast and Broadcast Production:<\/p>\n
\tRecord, edit, and produce audio content such as podcasts, including sound design and mixing.
\n\tProvide technical support and direction for live video and audio broadcasts.<\/p>\n
Content Design and Development:<\/p>\n
\tDesign engaging visual content for social media, internal communications, and corporate publications.
\n\tEnsure all content aligns with Mintek\u2019s visual identity and brand guidelines.<\/p>\n
Content Strategy and Innovation:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in devising innovative multimedia strategies that enhance user engagement across channels.
\n\tResearch trends in multimedia communication and proactively suggest new tools, platforms, and content formats.<\/p>\n
Support to Brand and Marketing Initiatives:<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to support campaigns, events, and stakeholder\u00a0engagement.
\n\tContribute ideas to support brand growth.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Multimedia, Video, Film and Photography, or a related field.
\n\tA strong portfolio showcasing original video, photography, and design work.
\n\t1\u20132 years of relevant experience in multimedia production or content creation.
\n\tExperience in a marketing, communications, or agency environment is advantageous.
\n\tCompetency in multimedia tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop,\u00a0Illustrator, InDesign, Envanto and Renderforest).
\n\tFamiliarity with editing tools and live broadcasting tools.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
\n\tAbility to operate on both PC and Mac platforms.
\n\tUnderstanding of the corporate social media landscape.<\/p>\n
