\tA leading Managed Services Provider is looking for a\u00a0Senior Microsoft Engineer\u00a0to join their technical team.\u00a0This fully remote role\u00a0focuses on Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, infrastructure support, cloud projects, security, and advanced technical escalations across multiple client environments<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProvide senior-level Microsoft support and troubleshooting
\n\tManage and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and hybrid environments
\n\tLead migrations, deployments, and cloud transformation projects
\n\tImplement security best practices including MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender
\n\tSupport Windows Server, virtualisation, backup, and networking environments
\n\tAct as a trusted technical advisor to clients
\n\tMaintain technical documentation and standards<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t8+ years’ experience in Microsoft infrastructure environments
\n\tMSP experience preferred<\/p>\n
Strong experience with:<\/p>\n
\tMicrosoft 365
\n\tAzure \/ Entra ID
\n\tIntune
\n\tWindows Server
\n\tPowerShell
\n\tNetworking fundamentals
\n\tRelevant Microsoft certifications advantageous
\n\tAdvantageous: Microsoft Purview, Fabric, Power BI\/Power Automate<\/p>\n
Skills<\/p>\n
\tStrong troubleshooting and analytical ability
\n\tExcellent communication and client engagement skills
\n\tAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
