contribute meaningfully to a business that puts its people first<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric or Grade 12 is essential<br \/>\n\tA qualification, diploma, or certificate in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous<br \/>\n\tCurrently studying towards an HR qualification is also welcomed<br \/>\n\tMinimum one to three years of experience in an HR administration, HR assistant, recruitment administration, or office administration role<br \/>\n\tExperience maintaining confidential employee files and records<br \/>\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Outlook, Word, and Excel skills<br \/>\n\tExperience with SharePoint or a document management system is advantageous<br \/>\n\tExperience with HR or payroll systems is advantageous<br \/>\n\tExperience in a structured, deadline-driven, and fast-paced environment<br \/>\n\tStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to quality<br \/>\n\tExcellent organisational ability with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously<br \/>\n\tAble to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide accurate and well-organised administrative and coordination support to the HR Manager across all areas of the HR function<br \/>\n\tMaintain and update employee files, HR trackers, and documentation to ensure records are always current and complete<br \/>\n\tUpload all HR documentation to the correct SharePoint folders and maintain SharePoint as the single source of truth for employee records<br \/>\n\tFile contracts, addendums, performance documents, disciplinary records, training records, benefit forms, and payroll documents correctly and confidentially<br \/>\n\tConduct regular checks to identify missing documentation and escalate gaps to the HR Manager timeously<br \/>\n\tAssist with recruitment administration including scheduling interviews, preparing interview packs, tracking candidate progress, and supporting vetting and onboarding processes<br \/>\n\tCoordinate onboarding for new employees, including preparing checklists, liaising with IT, Finance, and line managers, and tracking completion of onboarding steps<br \/>\n\tMaintain training records and trackers, coordinate training bookings, follow up on outstanding documentation, and ensure training folders are audit-ready<br \/>\n\tSupport the HR Manager with WSP and ATR, BBBEE, and skills development evidence requirements<br \/>\n\tAssist with gathering and checking payroll input documentation, maintaining records of employee changes, and following up on missing or incomplete information<br \/>\n\tAssist with employee benefit administration including medical aid, group life, and related forms and records<br \/>\n\tMaintain trackers for performance reviews, probation reviews, and performance improvement plans, and follow up with managers on outstanding documents<br \/>\n\tProvide administrative support for employee relations matters including preparing and filing notices, hearing packs, and outcome documents as directed<br \/>\n\tRespond to basic HR queries and escalate more complex matters to the HR Manager<br \/>\n\tSupport wellness, employee engagement, recognition, and other HR initiatives as required<br \/>\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>go
