Key Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tThe Technical Traineeship is primarily a hands-on, self-study program where the Trainee is expected to gain\u00a0a full understanding of the theory, principles and operation of Packaging equipment across the Packaging\u00a0Hall
\n\tParticipation in Brewery and Zone level projects in Packaging aligned to the program requirements and brewery priorities
\n\tApply VPO principles (Supply Excellence Principles)
\n\tDiagnosis of systemic and situational problems and troubleshooting
\n\tParticipation in Packaging team structures including acting roles in identified leadership positions\u00a0within\u00a0Packaging
\n\tCommunication of learnings and solutions across various levels of the business<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBSC or BTech or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
\n\t2 years Packaging Experience advantageous
\n\tLegal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country
\n\tGeographical mobility within South Africa<\/p>\n
