The role focuses on driving\u00a0sustainable profitability,\u00a0operational excellence,\u00a0brand compliance, and\u00a0people development, while ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety standards, and service benchmarks are consistently achieved.<br \/>\n\tThis role is specific to our Wackys brand (Fried Chicken) which falls within the Pedros umbrella of companies.<\/p>\n<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>Operational Performance &amp; Profitability<\/p>\n<p>\tManage and support all operational issues across allocated stores.<br \/>\n\tDrive turnover growth, customer count growth, gross profit, and profitability performance in line with benchmarks.<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective cost control, including food cost, labour, and operational expenses.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and improve service efficiency including all performance-based metrics.<\/p>\n<p>SOP, Quality &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure Food Quality always remains the primary focus.<br \/>\n\tEnsure strict adherence to all SOPs, policies, and operational standards.<br \/>\n\tMaintain brand audit, food safety audit, and mystery shopper scores above required minimum benchmarks.<br \/>\n\tEnsure food safety compliance, hygiene standards, equipment servicing, and corrective actions are consistently implemented.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and action audit outcomes, compliance risks, and operational gaps.<\/p>\n<p>People Management &amp; Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tPlan, organise, lead, and control store management and teams to meet or exceed performance targets.<br \/>\n\tCoach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and teams to improve performance and capability.<br \/>\n\tDrive engagement, reduce voluntary staff and management turnover, and build high-performing teams.<br \/>\n\tEnsure training, onboarding, and performance management processes are executed effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Experience &amp; Brand Standards<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction across all channels.<br \/>\n\tMonitor customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and implement corrective actions.<br \/>\n\tDrive positive digital ratings, QR survey participation, and Net Promoter Score performance as well as all Customer experience metrics.<br \/>\n\tUphold and reinforce Pedros\u2019 leadership principles, values, High performance and customer obsession culture.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting, Administration &amp; Communication<\/p>\n<p>\tPrepare, analyse and review weekly and monthly operational reports.<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate reporting on KPIs, audits, financial performance, and action plans.<br \/>\n\tMaintain effective communication with stores, management, and support teams.<br \/>\n\tSupport execution of marketing plans, promotions, and operational initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)<\/p>\n<p>The Operations Manager will be measured against, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>\tLike-on-like turnover and customer growth<br \/>\n\tEBITDA and gross profit % targets<br \/>\n\tBrand audit, food safety audit, and mystery shopper scores<br \/>\n\tService speed (SOS, drive-thru, delivery metrics)<br \/>\n\tCustomer complaints ratio and digital ratings<br \/>\n\tStaff and management turnover rates<br \/>\n\tDelivery aggregator uptime and performance<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<p>\tQualification in Operations, Marketing, Business Development, or Business Administration<br \/>\n\tFranchise and\/or Corporate Store experience<br \/>\n\tGAAP \/ Micros system experience<br \/>\n\tMinimum\u00a02 years\u2019 experience as a multi store operator\u00a0role within Fried Chicken Restaurant environment<br \/>\n\tProven experience managing multi-site operations in a high-volume environment<\/p>\n<p>TECHNICAL &amp;
