\tRetain clients by leveraging persuasive skills to identify and address their needs.
\n\tCreate opportunities for retention by proactively engaging with clients who have unpaid debit orders.
\n\tReinstating cancelled policies by applying effective persuasion techniques.
\n\tAddress inquiries and ensure client retention through exceptional customer service.
\n\tEducate clients on Santam Direct\u2019s product features, billing processes, service offerings and overall value.
\n\tMeet monthly key performance metrics and adhere to workforce management protocols.
\n\tDrive marketing campaigns through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
\n\tResearch competitive pricing and policy services to provide clients with suitable comparisons and options.
\n\tPerform additional duties as required.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tRE Qualification
\n\tFAIS compliant (150 credits)
\n\t3 years\u2019 experience in Personal Lines insurance: Retentions<\/p>\n
