Role Summary<\/p>\n
\tiqbusiness is seeking experienced Project and\/or Programme Management professionals for\u00a0contract\u00a0opportunities.
\n\tThis role is suited to hands\u2011on delivery leaders with proven experience\u00a0delivering projects across Africa, who are open to travel.
\n\tSuccessful candidates will bring strong\u00a0digital transformation\u00a0delivery experience,\u00a0ideally within banking and payments environments, and will be comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced settings.<\/p>\n
Core project \/ programme delivery experience should include:<\/p>\n
\tCross Border \/ international based project delivery and rollouts
\n\tDigital transformation initiatives (e.g. mobile apps, digital platforms, customer-facing solutions)
\n\tExposure to digital payments or card platforms<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead initiatives from initiation through execution and close\u2011out
\n\tEngage executives, delivery teams, and key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
\n\tDefine business value, delivery approach, governance, and success metrics
\n\tEstablish integrated plans covering scope, teams, capacity, budget, procurement, and dependencies
\n\tCoordinate and prioritise work across multiple project and shared\u2011service teams
\n\tManage risks, financials, releases, and inter\u2011project dependencies
\n\tMonitor delivery progress, team health, and performance against agreed outcomes
\n\tProvide clear reporting on project and overall programme performance
\n\tEnsure structured close\u2011out, including documentation, procurement closure, and team off\u2011boarding<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (essential)
\n\tPRINCE2 Practitioner and\/or PMP certification (required)
\n\tDegree or Diploma in Business Management, Computer Science, Business Science, or Engineering (advantageous)
\n\tAgile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, SAFe, SAFe RTE) highly advantageous<\/p>\n
