The successful candidate will report to the Group Marketing Manager and work closely with marketing colleagues, global industry and service line teams, internal and external stakeholders, freelancers and agencies.<br \/>\n\tThis opportunity would suit a creative storyteller with a practical approach, shaping complex ideas into clear, engaging materials for international audiences. You will help leverage market themes, business priorities and expert perspectives to support global campaign activity and strengthen awareness of our brand and priority solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>High-impact content and storytelling development<\/p>\n<p>\tWrite, edit and review materials for international audiences across multiple formats and channels, leveraging AI and other content development tools whilst upholding our unique tone of voice and market differentiation to stand out.<\/p>\n<p>This will include:<\/p>\n<p>\tShaping clear editorial angles and narratives aligned with campaign objectives<br \/>\n\tTranslating complex topics into distinctive, insight-led thought leadership, including the development of articles, reports, campaign copy, social media content, presentations, brochures, content for events and other go-to-market materials.<br \/>\n\tInterviewing internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and shape outputs<br \/>\n\tEditing and proofing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency and brand alignment<br \/>\n\tAdapting materials whilst ensuring consistency of key messages for different audiences, formats and channels<\/p>\n<p>Content planning and pipeline management<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the planning and delivery of materials for Group campaigns, thought leadership programmes and priority solutions.<\/p>\n<p>This will include:<\/p>\n<p>\tContributing to content strategy and editorial planning for key campaigns and priority solutions<br \/>\n\tDefining content formats, channels and sequencing to maximise impact<br \/>\n\tPlanning outputs across articles, reports, campaign pages, social media copy, go-to-market materials and supporting assets<br \/>\n\tManaging the pipeline to help ensure a steady flow of high-quality materials<br \/>\n\tHelping ensure work is delivered in line with campaign timelines<br \/>\n\tAlign content plans with commercial priorities and audience needs<br \/>\n\tBriefing and coordinating external suppliers, including freelancers and agencies and supporting the team to assess supplier performance and identifying potential new supplier relationships<\/p>\n<p>Content performance and optimisation <\/p>\n<p>\tLeverage performance insights to continuously optimise content effectiveness and drive stronger campaign impact.<\/p>\n<p>This will include:<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack and analyse content performance across campaigns and channels<br \/>\n\tIdentify what content resonates with priority audiences and why<br \/>\n\tRecommend improvements to formats, messaging and distribution<br \/>\n\tReviewing competitor activity to identify market gaps, opportunities and points of differentiation<br \/>\n\tBringing practical recommendations into planning discussions<\/p>\n<p>About You:<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 professional experience in writing, marketing, journalism or communications, ideally in a B2B, corporate or professional services environment<br \/>\n\tExcellent written and verbal English, with a strong understanding of tone of voice, structure, accuracy and editorial quality<br \/>\n\tAble to turn complex topics into clear, engaging and audience-focused materials for international audiences<br \/>\n\tConfident interviewing internal and external stakeholders to draw out relevant insight<br \/>\n\tStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline and multiple deadlines<br \/>\n\tPractical, proactive and comfortable suggesting angles, improvements and new ideas<br \/>\n\tAble to work
