Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tThe Maintenance Assistant will work closely with the Facilities Handymen to maintain the buildings and grounds.
\n\tThe Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for prioritizing and organizing own work to maintain internal and external building infrastructure daily.
\n\tAssist with asset transfers and any other facilities management services as requested by the Facilities Handyman or Supervisor.
\n\tThe Maintenance Assistant will perform relieving duties for the Driver and Postal\/ Storeman in their absence.
\n\tAdherent to health, safety and environment regulations and organizational policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Core Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric or Equivalent
\n\tMinimum of 3 to 5 years\u2019 relevant experience
\n\tBasic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and air conditioning experience
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License (Code 8 or 10)<\/p>\n
Added advantage:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious experience working and maintaining huge grounds and buildings\u00a0<\/p>\n
