Messaging & Narrative Development<\/p>\n
\tDevelop messaging frameworks and communication architectures.
\n\tCreate tone-of-voice and messaging guardrails for regional adaptation.
\n\tEnsure consistency in internal positioning, storytelling, and employee communication across markets.
\n\tBuild thematic content pillars that reinforce organisational culture and strategic priorities.<\/p>\n
Executive & Stakeholder Advisory<\/p>\n
\tProvide strategic communications counsel to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
\n\tGuide internal stakeholders on best-practice employee engagement and communications approaches.<\/p>\n
Support strategic business moments including:<\/p>\n
\tOrganisational transformation
\n\tLeadership communications
\n\tChange management initiatives
\n\tBusiness and cultural alignment programmes
\n\tTechnology and innovation communications<\/p>\n
Toolkit & Playbook Development<\/p>\n
\tDevelop strategic playbooks and toolkits for implementation across multiple regions.
\n\tCreate communication frameworks and guidance documents to support consistency across markets.
\n\tBuild scalable internal communications approaches and governance models.<\/p>\n
Strategic Campaign Development<\/p>\n
\tSupport strategic ideation for internal campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
\n\tShape communication narratives and storytelling approaches for key business priorities.
\n\tProvide strategic oversight on communications concepts and content direction.<\/p>\n
Required Experience & Skills<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum 6\u20138 years\u2019 experience in:<\/p>\n
\tInternal communications
\n\tCorporate communications
\n\tEmployee engagement
\n\tStrategic communications<\/p>\n
Proven experience working within:<\/p>\n
\tLarge corporate or multinational environments
\n\tPan-African or multi-market organisations
\n\tMatrixed stakeholder environments<\/p>\n
