ABOUT THE ROLE<\/p>\n
\tThe Nurture Healthcare Group requires an Admin Support who will be based at our Nurture Hillandale facility in Bloemfontein reporting to the Hospital Manager.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12.
\n\t2 Year or more experience as an administrator within a clinical environment\u00a0
\n\tComputer literate with strong administration and organizational skills.<\/p>\n
KEY COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n
\tMust be able to work in fast paced environment
\n\tExcellent in follow up\/follow through
\n\tExcellent problem-solving skills
\n\tMust be able to work independently as well as in a team
\n\tNeed to understand the difference between acute and rehabilitation services (as they are fighting for rehab not medical care \u2013 must be able to explain that to the funder)
\n\tEye for detail \u2013 must be able to pick up errors in ICD-10 coding\/discharge dates
\n\tStrong English language competency
\n\tExcellent telephone etiquette
\n\tForward thinking skills \u2013 identify possible challenges
\n\tTyping skills would be an advantage
\n\tMinimum Salary: 10 277,88 Cost to Company (including benefits)<\/p>\n
