\tOur client, a leading supplier within the FMCG, foodservice, and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector, is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join their Tshwane team.
\n\tThis opportunity is ideal for a relationship-driven external sales professional who enjoys managing and growing an established customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving product penetration across the hospitality, wholesale, and restaurant market<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and manage an effective sales territory
\n\tAchieve weekly and monthly sales and gross profit targets
\n\tBuild and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple channels
\n\tPlan and execute customer business plans and daily sales activities
\n\tAnalyse territory performance and identify opportunities to grow turnover and gross profit
\n\tDrive product penetration and increase basket size across customers
\n\tIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
\n\tExecute promotional activities and support sales initiatives
\n\tBuild product awareness and provide solution-based support to customers
\n\tMonitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management
\n\tMaintain accurate customer records and sales administration
\n\tSupport debtors collections and financial controls where required
\n\tAttend sales meetings, conferences, stock takes, and training sessions<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Education and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric essential
\n\tSales Diploma or related qualification advantageous
\n\tPrevious external sales experience within FMCG, foodservice, wholesale, hospitality supply, or related industries
\n\tCommercially minded with understanding of turnover and gross profit targets
\n\tStrong territory management, Pretoria up to 100km radius
\n\tStrong communication and customer service skills
\n\tValid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle<\/p>\n
Key Performance Indicators<\/p>\n
\tAchievement of weekly and monthly sales targets
\n\tAchievement of gross profit targets
\n\tGrowth of customer basket size and product penetration
\n\tEffective territory and call-cycle management
\n\tCustomer relationship management and service delivery
\n\tAccurate sales reporting and administration<\/p>\n
