About the role<\/p>\n
\tThe Query Coordinator is responsible for the effective management, coordination, allocation and monitoring of all queries across the management portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring that all queries are accurately logged onto the task management platform, assigned to the relevant departments\/ person(s), monitored through to resolution and closed within agreed SLA timelines.
\n\tThe Query Coordinator will act as the central coordination point for all queries, ensuring visibility, accountability, reporting accuracy and improved service delivery across the management portfolio<\/p>\n
What you will bring<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
\n\t3+ years relevant experience within property management, leasing administration or operational coordination.
\n\tExperience working with task management systems, workflow platforms or ERP systems.
\n\tKnowledge of leasing processes, property administration and stakeholder coordination.
\n\tExperience in reporting, query management and service delivery monitoring.<\/p>\n

\tStrong administrative and coordination skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
\n\tStrong organisational and time management abilities.
\n\tAbility to manage high query volumes and multiple priorities.
\n\tStrong reporting and analytical skills.
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office and task management platforms.
\n\tStrong attention to detail and follow-through capabilities.<\/p>\n
Knowledge Required:<\/p>\n
\tUnderstanding of property management and leasing administration processes.
\n\tKnowledge of workflow management and query tracking systems.
\n\tKnowledge of customer service principles and operational support processes.
\n\tUnderstanding of SLA management and turnaround time monitoring.
\n\tGeneral business administration and reporting knowledge.
\n\tERP Systems and Procedures (SAP knowledge will be highly beneficial).<\/p>\n
