\n\tOur client is seeking a Finance Operations Clerk to join our\u00a0Financial Controller team on a one-year contract. This role is ideal\u00a0for a detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience\u00a0in a fast-paced, operational finance environment.\u00a0Our finance function is a critical driver of our global operations.
\n\tYou\u00a0will support the Financial Controllers in managing the day-to-day\u00a0financial activities of international shipments, ensuring accuracy,\u00a0efficiency, and timely execution in a high-volume environment.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tReceipt of cash and bank reconciliation
\n\tProcessing supplier invoices
\n\tManagement of debtors and processing of payments
\n\tManagement of shipments from a finance perspective
\n\tAssisting with shipment-related financial administration
\n\tMaintaining accurate financial records and documentation
\n\tSupporting the wider finance and operations teams as\u00a0transaction volumes grow<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Finance\/BCom, or related field
\n\tGood High School Results ( >65% for Mathematics)<\/p>\n

\tExcellent command of English
