Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCapturing and underwriting motor and non-motor claims
\n\tManaging client expectations and validating claims in a timely manner
\n\tDealing with client queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values
\n\tArranging and managing car hire for customers
\n\tBooking vehicle assessments
\n\tArranging and managing towing of vehicles
\n\tManaging the repairs process of vehicles<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric or matric equivalent (essential)
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 short-term insurance claims experiences
\n\tRE and FAIS qualifications (advantageous)<\/p>\n
Skills and Attributes:<\/p>\n
\tAttention to detail and quality oriented
\n\tMust be able to work well under pressure
\n\tExcellent communication skills
\n\tClient centric
\n\tWell organised, punctual and excellent time management skills
