\tThe Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for performing after sales service to customers, thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationship. The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role needs excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tInteract, manage and provide effective client service
\n\tProcess client queries and instructions
\n\tAdminister all products
\n\tResearch product information
\n\tGather Policy information
\n\tHandle new application and quotations
\n\tHandle and solve client enquiries (all existing business enquiries)
\n\tPrepare investment review appointments
\n\tMaintain CRM system
\n\tRebalance and maintain existing portfolios
\n\tPrepare and distribute monthly\/quarterly statements
\n\tManage Administrative Documentation (detailed records)
\n\tBuild and maintain good working relationships
\n\tRecord details of transactions
\n\tMaintain Service Level agreement deadlines
\n\tEnsure FAIS Compliance
\n\tLoad new\/existing business applications
\n\tEmployee benefit administration<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ NQF5 qualification
\n\tNQF5 Wealth Management (Advantageous)
\n\tSuccessfully completed the RE 5 Examination (Representatives) (Advantageous)
\n\tMinimum 2 Year experience in the financial services industry
\n\tProficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
\n\tComputer literacy (MS Office) \u2013 Highly competent in Excel
\n\tStrong technical, organisation, planning and administrative skills<\/p>\n
