\tAn exciting opportunity has become available within our Marketing Department for a Traffic Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of work within our studio\u2014managing the dispatch and delivery of all creative briefs while maintaining deadlines and quality. We\u2019re looking for a highly organised individual with a keen eye for design and marketing, excellent communication skills, and someone who lives our core values: Trust, Innovation, Passion and Respect.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage incoming work from project coordinators to production teams, ensuring efficient delivery from brief to completion.
\n\tLiaise closely with coordinators to understand project scope, business needs, and delivery timelines.
\n\tCompile and continuously update studio schedules to reflect current workloads and deadlines.
\n\tAssess incoming briefs and assign appropriate designers or creative resources to projects.
\n\tAct as the central point of contact between coordinators and the studio for all design-related projects.
\n\tMonitor project progress, flag potential delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
\n\tReview and analyze completed projects for continuous improvement opportunities.
\n\tConsolidate client requirements to streamline creative output and ensure alignment with objectives.
\n\tOrganise and facilitate kick-off meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design presentations.
\n\tDevelop and maintain monthly review decks to report on team performance and project output.
\n\tTrack time spent on projects to identify workflow efficiencies and inform future resource planning.
\n\tWork with Brand Head to manage leave requests within the studio team and coordinate cover where needed.
\n\tConduct monthly check-ins with team leads to review studio performance, workload, and growth.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years’ experience in managing studio workflows in a creative or marketing environment.
\n\tRelevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
\n\tStrong understanding of the creative process and development lifecycle.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tExceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
\n\tAble to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
\n\tHigh emotional intelligence with proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to adapt to shifting business needs with agility and initiative.<\/p>\n
