\tManage all external communication activities with applicable stakeholders i.e Media and others
\n\tManage external engagement with the media i.e press conferences, media statements and or responding on behalf of the organisation to media queries.
\n\tAssist in the management of relationships within the press and opinion leaders in the market to enhance and maintain positive image of the brand.
\n\tKeep abreast of local and national news, events to ensure that the TotalEnergies brand is always portrayed positively.<\/p>\n
Internal communications<\/p>\n
\tDevelop content calendar of internal communication activities
\n\tAssist in managing the editorial committee meetings to ensure relevant stories are shared using the right channels and timely
\n\tResponsible for internal campaigns and the amplification of such activities through internal communication channels.<\/p>\n
Brand<\/p>\n
\tSupport the on-going positioning of the TotalEnergies Brand & Communication strategy and act as a brand custodian.
\n\tManage cross-functional campaigns (Retail, B2B, CSI and Lubs etc) to ensure brand identity compliance in overall marketing communications including but not limited to ATL, BTL, PR, Digital, website, events, instore-POS.
\n\tMonitor competitive activities and industry trends and offers insights to support business objectives
\n\tMaintain a timeline for all marketing activities and keep the brand team on deadline.
\n\tManage marketing campaign assets development and approvals trafficking.
\n\tMaintain ongoing, open communication and updates to all functional areas i.e Retail marketing, operations, B2B, Sales communication, Sales, PR, Promotions, Media, Creative, Finance etc.
\n\tAssist in managing external agencies and cross functional teams for marketing plan execution, budget & results tracking\/analysis, PR\/external communications. Further assist in managing agency status meetings and reporting.
\n\tWork closely with Brand & PR Manager to ensure maximum positive exposure for all campaigns, product launches and sponsorships in the market.
\n\tAssist in creating and delivering an effective PR & Communication strategy for the brand to maximise exposure and leverage the brand within budget parameters to achieve the overall business objectives.<\/p>\n
HSEQ<\/p>\n
\tTo effectively manage and minimise HSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring:
\n\tCompliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guideline and legal requirements
\n\tPromotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies
\n\tThat HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibility<\/p>\n
Candidate Profile<\/p>\n
\tB.Com degree or equivalent Batchelor\u2019s degree\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of between 4 years but no more than 6 years\u2019 experience in Brand, PR or Internal & External communication\u00a0
\n\tProven working experience in at least one of the following industries i.e petroleum or oil\/gas, energy, Media, Marketing agency, FMCG industry.\u00a0
\n\tWriting skills\u00a0
\n\tBudget management\u00a0
\n\tHigh learning agility\u00a0
\n\tThe ability to be a self-starter who can deliver results despite challenges<\/p>\n
