Key Performance Areas\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBuild and code software applications in accordance with the design specifications.
\n\tGenerate database-stored procedures for managing data.
\n\tTest software applications to ensure compliance with user requirements and software development standards and guidelines as well as to ensure system integrity.
\n\tAssist with end-user acceptance testing.
\n\tMaintain software applications on an ongoing basis.
\n\tRun daily checks on database and other software application servers to verify system health.
\n\tTrain application support personnel and\/or end-users on software applications.
\n\tProvide support to end-users and application support personnel on software applications.
\n\tAdhere to Necsa policies and procedures i.e. change control management, helpdesk, security, and standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in IT or related field (NQF Level 7)<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 4 years of experience in software
\n\tMinimum of 4 years of experience in database development<\/p>\n
