Value-Added Services (Up Selling, Cross Selling &amp; Capital Take Up)<br \/>\n\tOutbound calling to target both existing and prospective customers<br \/>\n\tConvert all sales opportunities received through inbound customer requests, outbound calling, lead generation initiative sand customer queries<br \/>\n\tEstablish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new business<br \/>\n\tParticipates in cross selling bank products.<br \/>\n\tMaintain detailed tracking of pipeline management and of prospect data and activities<br \/>\n\tSet up in person visits, appointments and presentations, following up telephonically where necessary<br \/>\n\tConduct a professional financial needs analysis to make a needs-based analysis that may lead to a sale<br \/>\n\tScheduling customer feedback for obtaining documents and progress updates<br \/>\n\tAdhere to Supervision requirements set out by Line Manager for all financial products<br \/>\n\tMay prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and present results to management<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective Cash Management as and when required with approved authorization<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective CAM Management as and when required with approved authorization<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective management of Credit Card Administration &amp; Fulfilment as and when required with approved authorization<br \/>\n\tEnsure accountability for your own results<\/p>\n<p>Marketing Focus<\/p>\n<p>\tKeep abreast of products and services, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends in and around your branch<br \/>\n\tIdentifying referral opportunities in and around the branch<br \/>\n\tAssists the branch in meeting goals by generating new business through marketing activities, promotions, telemarketing and targeted customer initiatives<br \/>\n\tParticipates in events that demonstrate support for the community and increase business opportunities for the Bank<br \/>\n\tEnsure all marketing endeavors, activities and initiatives adhere to appropriate policies and procedures<\/p>\n<p>Risk &amp; Compliance Focus<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure deal quality is a premium by reviewing and completing product applications with the customer timeously and accurately utilizing all the necessary Bank tools and training to mitigate risk (Biometrics &amp; Fraudulent Indicator Identification)<br \/>\n\tComply with all policies\/procedures related to all customer interactions and engagements<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and the Banks compliance policies related to these requirements<br \/>\n\tEnsure the reporting of certain incidents and instances required in terms of regulatory requirements (AML)<br \/>\n\tEnsure the reporting of all fraudulent behavior incidents and fraudulent indicator instances via the correct fraud and dishonesty reporting channels<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective execution of a \u201czero-defect\u201d prerogative in terms of the Deal Quality Error Rate<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective execution of a \u201czero defect\u201d prerogative in terms of the Capturing of Income &amp; Expenses Error Rate<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with FAIS journey inclusive of RE qualification parameters and guidelines as set by the Bank (Own)<\/p>\n<p>Customer Service<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure compliance with the Banks Customer Service Standard and relevant legislation<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with TCF principles<br \/>\n\tEnsure accountability for your own behaviors while helping team members to enhance their ability to engage with the Banks customers<br \/>\n\tEnsure you satisfy all the Banks customer\u2019s financial needs and help them succeed financially<br \/>\n\tEnsure accountability for application quality and turnaround times, query resolutions and solution creation for the Banks Customers<\/p>\n<p>Training &amp;
