We are seeking a suitably qualified Supplier Development Analyst to support the implementation of our Supplier Development strategy and drive sustainable growth for qualifying supplier development beneficiaries.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tImplement and monitor Supplier Development initiatives
\n\tEnsure compliance with B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice
\n\tFacilitate DMRE Supplier Development audits
\n\tIdentify and assess Supplier Development beneficiaries
\n\tConduct business needs analyses and develop support plans<\/p>\n
Provide business development support, including:<\/p>\n
\tBusiness Planning
\n\tFinancial Management
\n\tMarketing Support
\n\tMentoring & Coaching
\n\tDevelop and present business cases on behalf of beneficiaries
\n\tMonitor and evaluate programme performance and impact
\n\tAssist businesses with funding applications and credit-readiness
\n\tMonitor funded beneficiaries and identify potential risks<\/p>\n
Provide Pre- and Post-RFP support including:<\/p>\n
\tPricing Assistance
\n\tTechnical Proposal Development
\n\tValue Proposition Development
\n\tQuality Management of Responses
\n\tInnovation and Differentiation Strategies<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBCom Degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field
\n\tProject Management Certification
\n\t3\u20135 years’ experience in Preferential Procurement
\n\tExperience in Supplier Development, Enterprise Development, or Socio-Economic Development programmes
\n\tStrong understanding of B-BBEE and Supplier Development requirements
\n\tValid Code EB Driver’s Licence
\n\tExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
\n\tExperience supporting SMEs and enterprise development initiatives<\/p>\n
Preferred:<\/p>\n
\tExperience within mining, industrial, manufacturing, or community development environments
\n\tFluency in English and isiZulu
