Core purpose of the role<\/p>\n
\tTo identify and satisfy customers’ needs by conducting sales and services processes on the counter in order to exceed the customer’s experience and expectations whilst ensuring the profitability of the company.<\/p>\n
Fleet and Counter Product Planning<\/p>\n
\tEnsure each reservation has an allocated vehicle taking note of customer requests
\n\tEnsure adequate resources to cover deliveries and collections for the day
\n\tEnsure all counter products are made ready for rent and provision is made for additional requests<\/p>\n
Rental Transactions<\/p>\n
\tFollow the rental process work instructions for the checkout process
\n\tFollow the rental process work instructions for the check in process
\n\tFollow the 6 step sales wheel on every check out to enhance the customer’s experience and use of Avis Budget products and services<\/p>\n
Admin<\/p>\n
\tModify rental agreements and capture rental information on Wizard to ensure the rental agreement is accurate for billing purposes
\n\tBatch all documentation according to work instruction on a daily basis
\n\tEnsure QCEs are completed accurately
\n\tFollow the lost property work instruction
\n\tCorrectly complete damage reports and follow the accident, damage and report work instruction
\n\tPrint and action all required Wizard reports as per process in Wizard Reports Work Instruction
\n\tInvestigate and report any unresolved\/suspicious matters on reports to Manager\/Supervisor immediately
\n\tFile all documents<\/p>\n
Customer Rental Experience<\/p>\n
\tFollow the Breakdown and Accidents work instruction
\n\tEnsure that the customer is assisted in the event of a requested exchange, vehicle breakdown or theft
\n\tConstant communication with customer during the experience and ensure that the customer is satisfied after the experience
\n\tTo provide any additional service to the customer during the rental period e.g. extensions, pricing, products etc<\/p>\n
Health, Safety and Security<\/p>\n
\tWorkplace is kept in a neat and hygienic condition
\n\tAll assets are secured according to procedure
\n\t(Range: cash, keys, premises, documents, lost property)
\n\tBe aware of evacuation\/fire plan
\n\tAll concerns to be raised with Supervisor\/Manager.<\/p>\n
