Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tInvestigate, analyse, and identify the essence of a complaint;
\n\tDraft correspondence and do follow-ups with Funds\/Fund Administrators;
\n\tAnalyse the adequacy of the responses from Funds\/Fund Administrators and escalate issues timeously when necessary;
\n\tPrepare a draft determination based on research, adequate analysis of complaints, discussion with teammates, and also by incorporating directions given by their Line Manager;
\n\tSubmit quality draft determinations to the Line Manager within set timelines;
\n\tFinalise Out of Jurisdiction matters and Settlements within time;
\n\tAdequately review and address corrections\/review notes from the line manager or the Adjudicator;
\n\tAssist the Line manager or the Adjudicator with projects\/ad hoc tasks as and when required;
\n\tKeep a record of own statistics and monitor own performance.
\n\tComputer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook)<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB)
\n\t3 – 4 years legal drafting experience
\n\tExperience in the financial services sector will be an added advantage
\n\tKnowledge and understanding of the Pension Funds Act<\/p>\n
