\tWe’re looking for a seasoned Software Engineer to help shape and modernize the technology that powers our client communications at Investec Sandton. This is a strategic role within our Client Technology \u2013 Client Content and Communications team, where you’ll work on innovative solutions that enhance client engagement and deliver seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDesign, develop, deploy, and maintain C#\/.NET applications across Azure, IIS, and Kubernetes.\u00a0
\n\tImplement Infrastructure as Code using ARM, Bicep, and Terraform.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure high-quality delivery through unit testing, CI\/CD, and DevOps practices.\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with teams to identify test cases, maintain code quality, and optimize performance.\u00a0
\n\tTroubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud and on-prem environments.\u00a0
\n\tPartner with technical leadership to shape and execute solutions end-to-end.\u00a0
\n\t\u00a0Build strong relationships with developers and cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Qualifications, Experience and Skills<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent preferred).\u00a0
\n\tMicrosoft Azure certifications (Fundamentals required; Developer Associate advantageous).\u00a0
\n\t5\u20138 years’ experience in software engineering with strong C#\/.NET expertise.\u00a0
\n\tProven experience deploying applications to Azure, IIS, and Kubernetes.\u00a0
\n\tSkilled in Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).\u00a0
\n\tFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, MSTest, xUnit) and automation\/load testing.\u00a0
\n\tWorking knowledge of CI\/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Azure DevOps).\u00a0
\n\tUnderstanding of web protocols (HTTP, REST, SOAP) and database concepts (SQL).\u00a0
\n\tExposure to Linux and Java beneficial.\u00a0
\n\tStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with excellent collaboration abilities.
