This role blends creative storytelling, platform expertise, audience growth, and most importantly performance marketing and content monetisation.<\/p>\n
Job description<\/p>\n
\tDevelop Lead social media strategy across all major platforms
\n\tMonetise social media channels (YouTube Advertising, Meta Business , X, Tik Tok ads\u00a0 manager) and inform content producers with most viable types of content that aligns with\u00a0 higher revenue.
\n\tDrive audience growth, engagement, and campaign performance
\n\tOversee paid social advertising and budget allocation
\n\tManage content calendars, creators, and community engagement
\n\tAnalyse performance data and optimise campaigns
\n\tCollaborate with creative, editorial, sales, and client teams<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
\t4 years experience in social media and digital advertising
\n\tStrong understanding of Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube
\n\tExperience managing paid social campaigns and reporting
\n\tExcellent content, trend, and platform instincts
\n\tLeadership and team management experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
