Percepta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Global Project Management Office. This is a work from home position (remote) and the successful candidate can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada. Typical business hours would be Eastern Time; however, candidate may need to be able to support global time zones when applicable.\u00a0
\n\tPercepta\u2019s Global Project Management Office (GPMO) team is rapidly evolving. This Sr PM role is directly responsible for the deployment of projects on a global scale including but not limited to; new or expanded client business, internal projects, corporate projects, and\/or enterprise level projects. Responsibilities will also include presales support, new business due diligence data gathering, and responsibility for managing project delivery using an approved project management framework. This position will work directly with our clients and outside vendors, in addition to liaising with all internal parties.Key responsibility will be to deliver client programs, internal projects and initiatives on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This position requires minimal supervision from senior management and is expected to consistently perform well while working independently and leading project teams in a Contact Center environment within the Automotive Industry.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAbility to Influence, lead successful projects and a strong team mentality is the forefront of this role.
\n\tManage medium to large, and complex projects (typically multiple projects in parallel), with direct accountability for project schedule, scope, budget, and quality.
\n\tAssisting GPMO to champion and support project governance.
\n\tAct as central point of contact both client and internal teams (including multiple PMO\u2019s) for assigned project(s).
\n\tPartnering to determine structure of project teams, identify resources required, and staff projects appropriately.
\n\tCoaching and mentoring project team members around project management methodology and sharing lessons learned.
\n\tCreating and maintaining project plans (WBS and Gantt) to ensure quality deliverables.
\n\tContributing to RFX creation and potentially contributing to SOW creation.
\n\tRisk identification and mitigation (including escalation management).
\n\tIdentifying, tracking, and resolving project issues. Identifying and resolving conflicts within the project team and across stakeholders.
\n\tEnsuring project change requests are properly identified, analyzed, and controlled, avoiding \u201cscope creep\u201d.
\n\tCommunicating project status & health through written reports and stakeholder reviews (including resource allocation and management).
\n\tMaintaining the project KPI measurements, quality control points and aligning reporting to track progress against the measurements.
\n\tManaging and controlling the creation, use, and retention of all project artifacts.
\n\tSupporting the deployment, promotion and achievement of departmental and corporate strategies, business goals and objectives. Taking an active role in departmental improvements such as tools, templates, processes.

What You Bring to the Role\u00a0<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tBA\/BS or equivalent experience required
\n\tProject Management Certification required<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 8 years\u2019 experience; 10+ years preferred leading the implementation of medium to large scale global projects, including the management and oversight of diverse functional project teams. Capable of effectively facilitating meetings and developing and executing detail-oriented project plans and deliverables.
\n\t3 to 5+ years of leading change in a virtual, global environment.
\n\tAbility to apply suitable project management methodologies (Waterfall required; Agile (nice to have)) depending on the nature of the project
\n\tAbility to drive simplicity
\n\tProven ability and\/or experience to coach and mentor other Project Managers. Proven flexibility in managing shifting priorities, changes in direction, and competing demands, while balancing internal client needs and team requirements.
\n\tExperience in the call center and\/or business process outsourcing industry
\n\tExperience with client facing, senior and executive level management communications and formal presentation delivery.
\n\tDeep experience with project management software and related tools including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom and Visio. Experience with Smartsheet (as a PPM tool) strongly preferred.<\/p>\n
