An established operation is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and manage vanadium kiln operations. The role focuses on driving operational performance, plant reliability, production efficiency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the production environment.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
\n\tPostgraduate qualification or MBA advantageous
\n\tMinimum 10 years\u2019 experience in metallurgical plant operations
\n\tAt least 5 years\u2019 experience in a senior management role within kiln or processing plant operations
\n\tStrong understanding of kiln processes, process optimisation, and plant maintenance
\n\tKnowledge of SHEQ standards and relevant legislation
\n\tStrong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills
\n\tExperience managing budgets, production targets, and performance improvement initiatives<\/p>\n
