About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team at Mercedes Benz Multi Rustenburg. This role focuses on financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the effective management of financial resources.
\n\tYou will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial initiatives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOversee financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
\n\tDevelop and implement financial strategies in alignment with business objectives to enhance profitability and cash flow.
\n\tPrepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets, providing actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
\n\tAnalyze financial performance metrics and identify trends to support operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational planning.
\n\tMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for stakeholders, highlighting significant findings and recommendations.
\n\tManage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring all financial practices adhere to statutory requirements.
\n\tLead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CIMA, CA(SA)) is advantageous.
\n\tDemonstrable experience in financial management, analysis, and reporting within the automotive or related industry.
\n\tStrong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards applicable in South Africa.
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Excel;\u00a0
\n\tExcellent analytical skills with a proven track record of providing strategic insights from financial data.
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
\n\tAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tExperience in the automotive sector will be an advantage.
\n\tKnowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
\n\tPrevious experience in leading finance teams and managing departmental budgets.
\n\tExperience with the DMS, Kerridge, will be an advantage\u00a0<\/p>\n
