Delivery Design Quality (Critical Addition)<\/p>\n<p>\tTranslate leadership strategy into end-to-end, executable learning journeys:<\/p>\n<p>Design Expectations:<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign full learning journeys integrating:<br \/>\n\tformal learning,<br \/>\n\texperience-based learning,<br \/>\n\tcross-functional exposure,<br \/>\n\tin-role application<br \/>\n\tBuild measurement into the design (not post-programme)<br \/>\n\tProduce delivery-ready artefacts, including:<br \/>\n\tprogramme blueprints<br \/>\n\tfacilitator guides<br \/>\n\tparticipant journeys<br \/>\n\tapplication tools and templates<br \/>\n\tassessment and evidence frameworks<br \/>\n\tDesign Principles (Non-Negotiable):<br \/>\n\tApplication &gt;
