A leading financial institution based in Sandton is seeking a highly experienced Senior Organisational Development (OD) Facilitator to drive leadership development, organisational effectiveness, and large-scale culture transformation initiatives across senior and middle management.
\n\tThis role is ideal for an accomplished OD professional with strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting expertise who can design and deliver impactful interventions that support strategic transformation, leadership capability development, and enhanced organisational performance.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management<\/p>\n
\tBuild strong, credible, and professional relationships with key internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and business teams.
\n\tDevelop ongoing collaborative partnerships with leadership to understand business challenges and desired outcomes.
\n\tManage multiple client engagements and intervention processes while effectively managing expectations and communication.
\n\tProvide professional advice and feedback on organisational themes, culture dynamics, and improvement opportunities identified during interventions.<\/p>\n
Organisational Development & Transformation<\/p>\n
\tDesign, customise, and facilitate Organisational Development (OD) interventions aligned to business objectives.
\n\tLead leadership development and cultural transformation initiatives aimed at enabling large-scale behavioural and organisational change.
\n\tSupport business teams through organisational change by addressing concerns, reducing uncertainty, and reinforcing organisational purpose.
\n\tAdapt OD processes, tools, and methodologies to suit varying stakeholder and group requirements.
\n\tContribute to continuous improvement of OD frameworks, procedures, policies, and best practices.<\/p>\n
Facilitation & Workshop Delivery<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate impactful workshops, interventions, and coaching sessions for senior and middle management.
\n\tLead small and large group engagements, ensuring high levels of participation, collaboration, and achievement of intended outcomes.
\n\tAlign workshop objectives and deliverables with business leaders and relevant stakeholders.
\n\tEnsure workshop environments, logistics, and room set-up support successful facilitation outcomes.
\n\tIdentify risks, resolve obstacles proactively, and implement contingency plans where necessary.<\/p>\n
Project Delivery & Operational Excellence<\/p>\n
\tDeliver OD interventions and projects effectively, on time, and within agreed business expectations.
\n\tMonitor intervention progress to ensure outcomes align with planned objectives.
\n\tEnsure effective utilisation of resources while balancing quality, compliance, cost, and stakeholder expectations.
\n\tImprove business processes and systems by identifying enhancement opportunities that support organisational effectiveness.
\n\tMaintain compliance with governance, risk, and internal operational standards.<\/p>\n
Employee Wellness & Support<\/p>\n
\tPromote employee wellness awareness during facilitated interventions.
\n\tProvide participants with relevant employee support and counselling resources where required.
\n\tCreate psychologically safe and inclusive environments during workshops and transformation sessions.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tPostgraduate qualification in Psychology (Industrial Psychology \/ Clinical Psychology preferred).
\n\tAdditional certifications in Coaching, Change Management, Leadership Development, or Facilitation will be advantageous.<\/p>\n
