THE ROLE<\/p>\n
\tThis role forms part of a global Application Management and Contingent Workforce division aligned to enterprise client delivery frameworks.
\n\tYou will be responsible for supporting enterprise application management environments, operational workflows, delivery coordination, and workforce support activities across global client environments.
\n\tThe role combines operational delivery support, stakeholder engagement, workforce coordination, SLA management, reporting, and enterprise support operations within fast-paced managed service environments.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nData Engineering & Operational Delivery Support<\/p>\n
\tSupporting enterprise application management environments and operational delivery processes
\n\tAssisting with contractor delivery coordination and workforce support activities
\n\tCollaborating with local and global delivery stakeholders across multiple operational workstreams
\n\tSupporting service delivery alignment and operational readiness initiatives<\/p>\n
Workflow Management & SLA Support<\/p>\n
\tManaging operational workflows, reporting activities, and delivery coordination processes
\n\tDriving SLA adherence and operational excellence within delivery environments
\n\tSupporting onboarding processes, contractor engagement, and operational administration
\n\tMaintaining operational documentation and reporting accuracy<\/p>\n
Stakeholder & Client Engagement<\/p>\n
\tSupporting communication between clients, contractors, and delivery teams
\n\tBuilding effective relationships with stakeholders across remote and global teams
\n\tAssisting with enterprise delivery coordination and operational support initiatives
\n\tSupporting client-facing delivery and workforce management activities<\/p>\n
Talent Pipeline & Workforce Support<\/p>\n
\tBuilding and maintaining high-quality talent and delivery pipelines
\n\tSupporting sourcing and workforce coordination activities using:
\n\tLinkedIn Recruiter
\n\tATS platforms
\n\tEnterprise sourcing tools
\n\tSupporting contractor retention and delivery continuity initiatives
\n\tAssisting with workforce planning and operational support processes<\/p>\n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
\nKey Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 4\u20137 years’ experience within:
\n\tData Engineering
\n\tManaged Services
\n\tEnterprise operations
\n\tApplication management environments
\n\tStrong communication and stakeholder management capability
\n\tExperience working within enterprise or managed service environments
\n\tAbility to work effectively within remote and global teams
\n\tStrong organisational and workflow management skills
\n\tGood understanding of application management and support models
\n\tComfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools<\/p>\n
