Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination and overall marketing action of any type of Livestock auctions.\u00a0 Important operational functions inherent in an auctioneering environment includes:\u00a0 all administrative duties, planning and coordination of auction dates and the compilation of pamphlets and catalogues for auctions.\u00a0
\n\tThe candidates will also be responsible for professional, effective and efficient service to ensure a positive image of the organisation.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Diploma\/Degree
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in the Livestock industry and digital marketing is recommended
\n\tMust be fully bilingual and conversant in Afrikaans & English
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tPlanning and coordination of auction dates
\n\tCompilation of pamphlets and catalogues for auction
\n\tPlanning and record keeping of auction equipment and materials
\n\tGathering of information and documentation required for auctions
\n\tResponsible for advertising of auctions
\n\tEnsure a positive image of the organisation through professional, effective and efficient client services
\n\tProcurement of sponsors for catalogues and BKB functions
\n\tObtain quotations from printers for pamphlets, catalogues and auction-related printing
\n\tDistribution of marketing material to relevant parties
\n\tResponsible for the effective execution of digital auctions
\n\tCoordinate communication with the company\u2019s livestock clients in terms of digital media requirements
\n\tAssist with the procurement and management of new buyers and sellers
\n\tPlanning and organising of refreshments for commercial auctions
\n\tOrganising of vehicle services, licensing and roadworthiness of vehicle\/trucks<\/p>\n
